FIGHTING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY GETS MAJOR BOOST
WITH NEW SOFTWARE FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT

Florida-Based Company Will Introduce NetClean Analyze SoftwareAt National Sheriff’s Association Conference in Fort Lauderdale Next Week, Provide It Free to Law Enforcement Agencies

Hollywood, Fla. -- Law enforcement agencies in the US will get a major boost in fighting child abuse images, thanks to a new software program being provided to them at no cost. Currently in use throughout the law enforcement community in Europe, NetClean Technologies software "NetClean Analyze" is aimed at protecting children on the Internet. Distributed in North and South America by Global Technology Solutions (GTS), NetClean Analyze will be introduced at the National Sheriffs’ Association National Conference in Fort Lauderdale next week.

Law enforcement agencies in the US will get a major boost in fighting child abuse images, thanks to a new software program being provided to them at no cost.

"NetClean’s software will help law enforcement agencies to fight child pornography and abuse," said Richard Schubiger, CEO of Global Technology Solutions. "These products have successfully rooted out this horrible crime in Europe, and we’re proud to make it available in this part of the world."

NetClean Analyze is an investigation tool for individual law enforcement agencies working with child abusive images and videos. Developed for the Swedish National Police, NetClean Analyze uses unique image recognition techniques to help police classify images and videos, and can catalog more than 500,000 images in a computer. Without NetClean Analyze, police officers must manually view and catalog each image or video, significantly slowing the investigative process. NetClean Analyze allows police to find new, uncatalogued pictures in a computer so new victims are identified more quickly, the abuse can be stopped and a child can be saved.

"We’re proud to be able to offer our solution in the USA," said Christian Sjoberg, CEO of NetClean Technologies. "NetClean Analyze is a tool which can save investigators a lot of time. The police have fewer images to review, and in the end they can use that time to save children and prosecute more offenders."

According to the 2008 Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) Annual Report, 69 percent of child victims are under 10 years old, and 24 percent are six years old or younger. The National Center for Missing and Exploited children reports it has reviewed 23 million child pornography images and videos – 8.6 million just in 2008.
GTS will introduce NetClean’s child pornography fighting software at the National Sheriff’s Association Annual Conference and Exhibition at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, June 22-23, Booth #1011-13.

FLORIDA-BASED GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LAUNCHES
New Tech Firm Meshes Security, Wireless & Communications Solutions Opens Doors with Key Execs, US and Latin American Offices, $10 Million in Business

Hollywood, Fla. – Global Technology Solutions (GTSTM), a leading edge technology solution provider, officially launched today with key industry executives, four US offices, offices in Colombia and Panama serving Latin America, and $10 million in business already in place through clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, BMW, Penn State University, the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the Delaware River Port Authority.   GTSTM also is engaged in numerous technology projects throughout Iraq and Afghanistan.

GTSTM delivers an innovative mix of security, wireless and communications solutions, and is driven by one of the most experienced and diverse management teams in the industry.  World-class partners such as Motorola, Panasonic and Zetron bring even more depth to the firm, which delivers secure communications platforms, wireless network infrastructure and advanced wireless applications to include design and engineering.

“We launched GTSTM to provide sophisticated, integrated communications services and tools to an ever-growing and increasingly complicated marketplace,” said Richard Schubiger, CEO of GTS.  “We’ve brought in the very best professionals in the technology industry to fulfill the GTSTM vision and our clients’ needs.”

In addition to its corporate headquarters in Hollywood, Florida, and offices serving Latin America in Colombia and Panama, GTSTM has US branch offices located in Metro New York, Metro Philadelphia, and North Port, Florida.  GTSTM has acquired existing, profitable companies with significant client bases in those regions.  These include:

• JAN Communications, Pennsauken, New Jersey: For over 53 years this Philadelphia area company has served its varied customer base, which includes the government, health care, education, and Fortune 1000 commercial markets.  JAN Communications’ sales and marketing staff is one of the best trained and most experienced in the telecommunications industry.

• Mobile-One, North Port, Florida: In business more than 20 years, Mobile-One services the entire State of Florida and has unmatched expertise in the utility and gaming markets.

B&C Communications, Inc., Waldwick, New Jersey: This New York metro company has been in business for 45 years and services a primarily public safety customer base.  B&C Communications’ core business is engineering and delivering wireless communications services to the public safety marketplace in New Jersey, its many municipalities, state and county colleges, and school districts.  GTSTM and B&C have executed a Letter of Intent, and B&C is under contract with GTSTM.  This acquisition is expected to be completed by June 10.

“The GTSTM plan is to grow through strategic acquisitions, allowing us to build on the strengths of each of the companies and create a new entity that will continue to meet new demands and needs,” said Chris Cavallo, President of GTSTM.   “Our client base is strong, and provides us a clear direction on new growth.”

With all three US acquisitions complete, GTSTM has 50 employees, including 10 at its headquarters in Hollywood, Florida.

Underscoring its mission to provide innovative solutions, GTSTM is the sole provider of a Motorola emergency communications product expected to be used by the US Government throughout the world, including in the United States, Iraq and Afghanistan.  Applicable to emergency situations anywhere – such as hurricanes or other natural disasters – this wireless communications system is fully deployable and transportable (by fixed wing or rotary aircraft or towed by a small vehicle) and allows for rapid response to provide immediate on-site cellular communications.  After Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans and Hurricane Wilma hit South Florida in 2005, for instance, both regions’ communications networks were destroyed, making rescue and recovery more difficult.  GTSTM’ emergency communications system could have been deployed in a matter of hours, enabling a faster response to the disasters and saving lives.
Global Technology Solutions (GTSTM) extends the definition of systems integrator by providing total turnkey technology solutions. The professionals at GTSTM will assist in client consulting, designing and engineering a technology strategy, selecting the appropriate technology, installing and integrating the required hardware, and providing ongoing service and maintenance. GTS represents best-in-class manufacturers of technology in order to provide our clients with the optimal outcome.
